Welcome Message

On behalf of the trauma families in Japan, it is our greatest honor to host the 2nd Trauma Symposium during International Surgical Week 2011 (ISW 2011) in Yokohama, Japan, from August 28 to September 1.

The symposium will be held in Japan for the first time, as the very second International Trauma Symposium following the ISW2009 in Adelaide, Australia. In order to establishing the Trauma Symposium tradition, we are now working as one and making every effort possible to lead this symposium to success.

We stimulate you all to block the Trauma Symposium 2011 on the first day of ISW 2011 in your manual or electronic diary.

It will be a great pleasure to welcome you in Yokohama!

With kind regards,
